Very pleased. Two neglected kitchen knives and a pair of gardening shears now cut through anything like butter. A little over one business day turn around and reasonable prices, I will return here in the future.

I have known Tim for over 30 years. He a great person and very dedicated to his business. I have never hear any thing bad about his service and his quality of work. I go be wee else to do my sharpening and the company that I work for has had business with Precision tolling and will never spot doing business with them. Thanks

These guys are great. Super-friendly and a quick turnaround time. I've used other vendors, and Precision really is the best.

Unreliable! I called ahead to find out if they could sharpen several pairs of pruning shears; they said yes, it usually takes a day. So I dropped them off, waited 2 days, heard nothing - so I phoned them. I phoned 3 times, left 2 messages, never got a call back. A holiday weekend intervened, but by 3:30 pm on the next business day, they still hadn't returned my call. So I went and picked up the shears, which had NOT been sharpened. A total waste of time.

Some time back I dropped off a circular saw blade--after a week and half they still had not got to it so I picked it up and went somewhere else. So I called again today and was immediately put on hold and never answered my call after many minutes so I just hung up. As the expression goes-don"t know how they stay in business?
