        We bought a grill from Ace for the same price as online but ... Ace delivered an assembled grill at no charge! They wouldn't even take a tip. We could not be happier with the service. MUCH better to buy from Ace Hardware of Fort Collins.

        The guy in the light bulb section took a lot of time to help me find the right ones. Specialty bulbs are difficult to match, but he did. Very helpful.

        Looking for an obscure faucet handle (as someone who knows nothing about plumbing) and found it at Ace (after spending time in Home Depot). The staff is amazing here and is the reason I return.

        SPEND YOUR $ ELSEWHERE. These people like to profile folks apparently. Went in to buy a pair of work gloves, found the ones I wanted, bought them at the front desk. Then as Im walking out the store, a few male employees approach me & accuse me of stealing. Made me empty all my pockets, & what do you know I had NOTHING in my pockets. What a laughing stock. STAY IN YOUR LANE GRANDPA.
