Clock Tower Lofts

I honestly love living here. The management team is super friendly and willing to work with you. It definitely feels like they care. The maintenance team is just as friendly and super fast with repairs but also do a thorough job. I really wish I could stay and renew. This has been my absolute favorite Fort Collins apartment.

I have lived here for almost a year, and I have no complaints about the property or the management. The apartment is well kept, and relatively cheap for the area. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and they do not hesitate to replace anything broken or old. They are also always very friendly and accommodating. Management has been great as well. They are fairly quick to respond when questions. Biggest annoyance is how quickly the trash and recycling fills up, but honestly that has more to do with the tenants and the city schedule than anything related to the property itself.

It's good here. Quiet and trouble-free, responsive management. The location is good too, right by CSU with many students in the neighborhood.

Living at these apartments since August has been a generally positive experience. The new management seems very attentive and communicates well with tenants. I only wish we had a balcony!! Having a private bathroom is a huge plus and the smaller number of tenants (compared to places like The District) also makes for a positive living experience.

this is an excellent place to live! the apartment manager is super kind and very responsive!! i love living here and cant wait to keep staying here for the year! highly recommended
