Creekside Village Health and Rehabilitation

I have been the activity director at Creekside Village for over a year and you can feel the difference in this building. The staff are all about making the residents happy in this community. Lovely building and had a great experience with having a family member stay there. Staff is excellent with communication and seem to really care.

My mother lives here and the staff have been a joy. They show their love for mom and she has no complaints. If any thing happens to her, broken fingernail, fall, scratch or sore, they give me a call so that I am always in the loop. I gave them a 4 only because it is a older building and it is being improved slowly ,

Staff is very rude and unprofessional Don and administrators do not know how to a dress employee with some kind of respect instead of pulling someone aside when they have a issue they do it in front of staff and family then get mad if you stand up for yourself they got mad bc someone approached them telling I had wrong mask so they decide to approach me about the issue instead of pulling to the side they did it in front of patients, employees and family visitors and I was going to change my mask but they got mad just bc I expressses my point and didnt feel comfortable changing in front of everyone since Covid was the issue and they were standing real close I went to change in next area and before I could change mask they were all in my face so I said something and they fired me when I told them already I would change mask another funny thing is I was in both there face the day before with same mask and they said nothing but whomever said something and they decided to say something they need to learn how to address people pull them to the side very unprofessional
