        This is truly the home that cares. The staff go above and beyond to help the residents. Between the residents and staff it feels like family.

        Occupational therapist Kevin was excellent. Helped me to recuperate from my illness and become independent. Nurses were kind and helpful. Facility was old and run down and personal care was lacking. Insisted on shower after more than a week. Linens were only changed when OT helped me to change them. No phone service; ran out of my pain meds last 5 days and went without.
