        My wife and I went to Austin's because the price is reasonable, and the food is tasty and consistent. The restaurant is clean with a warm environment. Most of the service staff is friendly and helpful. However, our table server was polite, but not cordial. Austin's off of Harmony road is one of the best casual dining options on the south side of Fort Collins. I recommend the Short Smoked Pork Tenderloin w/Soy Bbq Sauce!

        Been going to Austin's for years and have never been dissapointed. Their salmon is amazing. Love the harmony location. More intimate than downtown.

        We called ahead to see what the wait was and get our name on the list for a table of nine. We were told to come in, there is no wait. We get there and was told it was an hour wait. We questioned the wait and got a lecture from the male hostess/manager. We waited 70 minutes and they sat us at a table for six. I told him we cant fit at this table and got another lecture of how busy they were so on and so on. We went to another restaurant. We have been going to Austins for a long time. This person had no customer skills and poor communication skills to be dealing with any customers. We will not be back.
