Chase Bank

I get nothing but a pleasant reception and excellent service from everyone at this branch. And while a big bank is a big bank, I'm 99% satisfied with the services I receive from Chase.

I am giving Chase bank who normally I really love one star if I could give them no stars I wouldve done that. I have been the victim of my debit card hacked three times in eight weeks when I called the fraud department I can barely understand them they say they filed the claim and then they dont. . They have not reached out to me to let me know why and how this keeps happening and why charges at 2:30 in the morning from another country arent flagged. I am sorry to say I will be leaving Chase bank. Ive been with them since 2006. The people at this branch have been lovely to me always this isnt directed at them. They are just a messenger. This is Chase Bank is a business. They make it extremely hard to talk to anybody when youre in crisis all they keep doing is directing you to the Internet, sometimes you need to talk to a human especially in crisis and so again for that Im truly giving them negative stars if that

The people at this Chase were amazing. I am not a Chase customer but wanted to get some cash without driving down the hill. The manager, Keith, suggested a way for me to accomplish my task for free. The teller was friendly and great, Keith was so helpful. It was a wonderful experience that if I ever decided to move my banking needs, this is where I would go.
