        Nice enough hotel but I've had to call 3 times and send an email to cancel my hotel reservation. So far it's not cancelled and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. For the price these rooms cost you need to be able to answer your phones people, don't put the stress of continually calling on your customer just to get a tiny amount of service.

        Dont be fooled by the facing of the establishment. It is a front as the rooms are old and outdated and are less than to be desired. Ours had water coming from the windows. Sound just bounces right through the walls. Dogs are a problem, and bark a lot. Other than that, the amenities for kids are great, and the fireplace outside is cozy. If the rooms were updated and you could put dogs in the same area, this would be 5 stars recommended. Not fair non dog guests have to sleep on a level that sounds like a boarding house for dogs.

        I will not be staying here again. We booked through a third party app that I always use and everything was just fine until the day after we checked out and the hotel took $119 out of my account. When I called to get it fixed this very rude girl who wanted to argue with me over who took out the money and and proper amount hung up on me.
