My experience was amazing. The gentleman who is running the reservations is a very pleasant. Wonderful person, very happy easy to get along with it was awesome experience, everybody should go. It was beautiful.

Room excellent, service however very poor!!! T.V. did not work I went to service desk he said it's due to weather. Then I call the after hrs number cus the T.V. did not turn off and he got rude poor customer service.. I reported this and the guy in the front desk said well he is the owner like I have to accept his behavior, I told him we come first to see how it is so we could rent 3 cabins in the summer he said come talk to him..then he confess that this happens only in 2 rooms so it's not due to weather than.. idiots.. I don't recommend this place!!! Streaming didn't even work either..it was too cold to go for walks also we just sat counting our toes. The worst night.

No AC so it was miserably hot which made sleeping difficult. We stayed for a week and no housekeeping service at all! Despite having signs in the rooms about housekeeping. We finally had to take our trash to the office to and they still reluctantly took that. Definitely not the resort type experience we paid for. The views and wildlife were great, cabin was marginal and outdated, service was terrible.

Five minutes from the Stanley and downtown. Beautiful location. Helpful and friendly staff. Nearby activities: Nice hike with trailhead on property.
