Can you tell all of your awful employees to stop parking in front of my driveway?

They left the front door to my home wide open, as my dying mother was in her room. Had to call a neighbor to close the door they left open. She's been gone 3 years, and this experience will never be forgotten. They made a terrible time in our lives even worse. Hope they go out of business. Heartless crooks.

Received my mother in-laws hospital bed yesterday. Ray came in and set it all up, also he swapped out the oxygen. After everything was set up ,Ray took the time to explain to us how the bed and oxygen works.
Thanks Ray!

We received very heartbreaking service yesterday. Bryant arrived at our house with the usual I have equipment to pick up. Can I prop the door open. The door doesn't stay open by itself and needs a staue that we use to keep it open with. As I was explaining that he had already used the built in tab, but this doesn't work for long and needs the staue. He didn't have time to listen and was already huffing and puffing.
Once he gets in the house, into the living room he is bouncing around shoulders moving from side to side and arms flailing in the air. Where is it, without enough time to answer he raises his voice a little more and in a row asks, where is it, where is it.... where is what we ask. The BED, WHERE IS THE BED. He states angerlerly. I told him, I wasn't aware that we couldn't have kept it in the room and it needed to be in the front room. He said, No it's fine, show me where it is.
We bring him to dad's room right around the corner. Again, his body language starts going frantic and he huffs, where is the mattress? We hadn't used it, so we had it in the back room. We showed him the mattress and rest of the equipment. He starts saying, I don't need that, I don't need this as he's flicking and knocking on items. I told him none of these were used so he can take them back.
He then goes into dad's room to start to disassemble the trapeze and bed. He doesn't loosen the trapeze so it is not coming off of the bed frame. Instead he is lifting the bed literally 2-3 feet in the air and dropping it on the ground. At this point my husband and I go into the room and ask what he is doing to make such loud noises as Mom is still sleeping. He tells us it won't come off, my husband says there has to be a better way to do this and offers to help. At this point Bryant realizes that he didn't loosen it and then it came right off of the bed. He continued to man handle the bed to get it apart but it a less violent way.
At this point my husband and I were beside ourselves and didn't know if we should call for another driver or if we should just let the bull in a China closet continue. We let him take the rest of the equipment and were so relieved when he was finally out of the house.
I am so saddened by his behavior, this is a time when a family is grieving and his lack of respect for the place where dad had just passed away on Saturday was beyond words.

Horrid! To start when dropping off items they didnt have everything and attempted to tell me it wouldnt be available until the following day. This of course being at the end of their drop off window and my mother being transported by ambulance in the following 2 hours. Also this first driver was really impersonal and kind of jerky. The second driver was very nice and helpful and I hope he finds a different company to work for because he deserves better. My mom passed away less than 24 hours after arriving home. I had a time set up for them to pick everything up the following week. I spent the entire day in my deceased loved ones home for them to not show. I set up another time with dispatch and asked they call because I was not going to sit there for another entire day. They never called but showed up and then tried to blame me that no one was ever at the house each time they came.
Unfortunately this is who the hospice company we used contracts through so it was out of my hands. But if you can choose AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! What you are dealing with is already hard enough you dont need more.
