Semi-secure facility that is run by professionals with a solid business model. The site manager is friendly and keeps everything in order. Nothing gets by Bridget, and you appreciate her attention to detail. Rest assured, your stuff is ok there.

When I stated my company, HQ Fulfillment Logistics, I was stressed about having to not only find a space, but to be able to afford it. Leasing a building as startup can be difficult and can burn up your starting capital. Fortunately I found Ready Spaces! They made it possible for me to start operations without having to pay a massive deposit while also keeping my overhead low. With the ability to scale into larger units as we grew, it was vital to HQ's success. Bridget, the property manager, is exceptional.
She goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants are comfortable and that the place operates at the high level that it does. We are now one year and six months old and we have unfortunately had to move out because of our size, but we will always remember how Ready Spaces and Bridget made it possible for us to grow and to achieve the level of success we are currently enjoying. Thank you Bridget and thank you Ready Spaces.

Really a wonderful space to start your company.
Bridget, the Property Manager, is such a sweetheart and cares about the happiness and success of the tenants in the building.
The facilities are clean and well maintained and the proximity to I-70 is a serious plus.

Good idea, good space, however I personally know they have space to rent but every time I inquire about renting, they tell me there is nothing available. Seems shady or they're just rude and judgemental. At any rate, I was less than amused and frankly disappointed at the treatment I received. Bummer. Salt Box here I come I guess.
