This is the second car I have bought from Tio Charlie's. The buying process was smooth and taylored to our needs which was nice The car had an option to come with a warranty which is much needed I'm just impressed with the car and the Customer Service and the communication. Moe was awesome and patient when it came to test driving all the vehicles I was interested in.

Great dealership and great staff. I was looking to trade my car in. Mo made the process super easy and hassle free. The rest of the staff was also very kind and attentive. Mo was also super patient and answered any questions or worries I had about the vehicle I bought. Definitely a dealership I will work with in the future.

i went w tio charlies as a first time buyer & could not b more pleased w my experience. if youre a first time buyer, if you have complications w your credit, etc, i would absolutely recommend working w this staff, as they will work w you too! this was one thing that peaked my interest, but i also wanted to mention how important it is to support minority business. i bought my first car, honda civic, here. i went alone as a young girl, & they made the process easy, & helped me along the way . i added warranty along w my vehicle, as they offer. the second day w my car, she began to malfunction:/. BUT i brought her back in to the lot less than a week later, & they fixed my baby up in just a few hours, no hassle for me . we should ALL know buying used cars comes w a risk, hence why they offer a warranty! not only will they help you w your process, but if you got that warranty they will help you through that too! regardless of my malfunction, i would not change any of my decisions, & i have already recommend 2 of my girl friends to this place. thank you guys incredibly, i cant thank you enough!
