I can't say enough good things about Sam! I started receiving stretching therapy from Sam about one year ago. I had significant discomfort in my lower back, neck, shoulders, hips and feet. I'd about given up on having an active life style. Today I'm back to walking my dog twice a day, swimming, getting in the river and fishing and pretty much doing whatever I want pain free! An interesting side note, my height remained the same from the time I was 17 until about 4 years ago. I went from 72 inches to 71.5, to 71.25 as measured at my annual physicals. At my most recent physical I was measured at 72.25 inches. That's a significant relief for my spine and will no doubt help me avoid future back/spine issues. Not only were my sessions with Sam helpful she is wealth of information on stretching and the human body. Which as been immensely helpful in developing my stretching routine and avoiding harmful mistakes. I highly recommend Sam and Evergreen Athletics!

Sam is amazing at her job and heals people! She has great attention to detail , stretching with Sam is an absolute highlight of my week! My flexibility, strength and athleticism are all through the roof since working with Evergreen Athletics!
