I have never succeeded in a gym in my life. The workouts are intense, but I needed it. They are hard, but the staff really sees you though it. I have made some very solid friends here and I am about to renew my 3rd year. It is WAY more valuable to me than my useless memberships at "box gyms" in the past that charge very little and offer very little personal value in return.

Balance Athletics is a top notch, cross fit style facility. The equipment and space is great, the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. The location is off the beaten path and perfectly located next to a jogging/bike path for those oh-so-enjoyable 400m and 800m runs. They've also got great assessment tools to tailor the daily workout to your ability and goals.

This gym is amazing! The whole atmosphere is very friendly and inviting to all! They motivate me to push harder and train safely! Love it!
