Radiant Shenti and Juli go over and beyond in everything they offer. The membership program and courses are not only about fitness and exercise but offer a holistic way of self care that includes not only the physical body but the emotional, mental and spiritual as well. The mix of classes and Juli's style of teaching is very unique. I feel grateful to be part of this community. Give it a try. You will be very happy you did it!

If you want a holistic health and well-being practice that gets results yet is gentle and enjoyable - I cannot recommend Radiant Shenti courses and membership more highly. The teaching is world-class, unique and fun! I've learned so much since being a member and feel more connected with my body, spirit and nature. If you are looking for a sign - this is it!

Radiant Shenti is such an inspiring program. I enjoy the Zoom interaction with people from different states and countries, getting to know them and learning from them. I found it during the pandemic and Juli helped keep me motivated to be my best self with qi gong, which I had never heard of, gua sha, also a new and fun experience, TCM cooking classes and healing modalities including yoga, meditation, mudras and guest teachers. She and her team are always willing to go the extra mile, answering any questions with patience and always so caring and thoughtful. The website is very easy to maneuver and I would highly recommend it for anyone, any age, any level of fitness. Youll be glad you did! P Jackson
