        TERRIBLE! They overbooked and called us while driving to Colorado from Texas and told us since they overbooked that we no longer had a room! I told him we are on our way and have no place to stay and he said "we overbooked. nothing can be done" We reserved this room in March received confirmation and had a family reunion for the 4th of July. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and pitiful business operation. Reporting them to the BBB

        We had to body slam our door open each time, there were cords everywhere and against the heater vent (fire hazard), we had no remote to the tv, asked for a tv remote and she never gave us one toilet barley flushed and pillow had a stain on it
