Been going here for a few years. I have never had them not answer, or have me on hold for 45mins. My kids have never had to go with out bc I can't get an appointment. I pick this WIC office over the one that's only 10min from my house bc of how nice and caring everyone is here.

Just spent 40 minutes on hold, for NO ONE to answer my call when there was only 2 callers ahead of me. This has happened to me a few other times and my son has not been able to be seen in 3 months because no one answers the phone to make us an appointment. We will be finding another WIC office, hopefully one with better customer service.
