        I worked with Mark D. today. He was so kind and helpful. He really helped me wrap my head around my project! I didnt have an account so I was just looking at tile. Despite not being ready to purchase he was still so incredibly helpful!!! We are remodeling our house so Ive been shopping around. His helpfulness sold me on daltile!

        Totally rude staff. Came in to look at backsplashes for our kitchen. Was never greeted, asked for a couple of samples, the woman who went and got them made a big deal about it as if asking for more than one sample was labor intensive for her. Then told us they were closing even though it was still during business hours. Yikes. Well spend our coins elsewhere.
