Inconsiderate of peoples time no update of hours of operation 10am-6pm. Employees let me call multiple times with no answer to even inform me of the change.

Great, ethical chain. This particular store has a lot of stock and helpful (but not annoying) employees. I make it a point to visit this place when I am in town.
