I worked with Nathan at Packed with Care Specialty Crating to crate and ship close to three tons of scientific equipment from Colorado School of Mines to New Mexico. Nathan communicates well on email and through text messaging and phone calls. We had to coordinate across states, so it was really nice knowing that he would pick up or return my phone call in no time at all. He made some extraordinarily resilient crates for some oddly shaped, yet heavy pieces of scientific equipment. During the deconstruction of his crates, you could tell he put a lot of time into considering how to keep my sensitive equipment safe while also accessible/easy to ship. My equipment arrived in perfect condition, with all crates and items completely intact. Nathan was excellent on all accounts (customer services, response time, talent in construction in shipping). Nathan's talent and creativity with crate construction/design enable him to crate and ship any item in question. Seriously reach out to Nathan if you need help or have questions about how/what can be shipped; I had never done a move like this and Nathan was the only reason that my equipment reached home base.

We were in Colorado and purchased a large bronze gong on a heavy wooden frame. The store contacted Nathan to box up the gong and have it shipped to Northeastern Pennsylvania. Nathan did a fantastic job at both the packaging, but also in keeping me informed about his progress and the details of the shipping process. I am used to receiving packages from UPS and FedEx, but this package weighed in at 411 pounds - clearly a different kind of delivery. Nathan addressed my concerns and arranged for the carrier to bring the box from the truck into my garage where I could unpack the gong without regard to Northeastern Pennsylvanias outside winter weather conditions. The two components in the crates were expertly packed and arrived with no damage to either the gong or the frame. I dont know what I would suggest to him to improve his service. Nathan did an amazing job of shipping antiques my mother left me. Everything was handled quickly and professionally with pictures all along the way. I can't thank him enough for making the experience quick and painless.
