Worst customer service ever

The staff could really step up the service and knowledge at this location!!!! I called to find out their email address to send a copy of a court motion to be printed. The person who answer had to ask her supervisor. "We do not get emails! You can use the rental copier to make a copy!" that is the problem, the letter is in my computer and I need a copy. "You can fax it to us" if I could fax it, then I would have a copy, do you have an email to send the document attached and it can be copied? "We do not provide that service!" REALLY?? I wonder what do they do. I drove to my regular UPS store 13 miles out of my way on Pierce street, who had 2 copies ready for me as I walked into the door, and they had already told me it would be 30 cents. that is service!! And I will gladly go to my out of the way UPS store, they give great service, lower prices are competitive and down right NICE and Pleasant everyone is knowledgeable of their Store Services

Went there to see a notary and they said that "the machine" doesn't work. I went to another UPS and they said that "you don't need a machine" to notarize something,it's a person and maybe they just didn't wanna do it.

Great place to ship packages with friendly, efficient service. They also do a great job on printing projects. Terry takes fantaqstic personal care of hios customers.

Terrible service, they don't print their own labels, you have to first pay for computer rent and then a separate fee to print label. The other poor reviews speak about this terrible staff.
