I scheduled my move out for March 1, and was told since i'm out of state, I can pay a clean out fee and that be that. March 1 rolls around, I'm not given an invoice for a cleaning fee, and my account says I owe for the month of March AND owe a late payment. If I scheduled my move out and agreed to a cleaning fee, then WHY do I owe for the month of March plus a late payment?

They got me with the 1st month free deal. Then I end up paying more than 300$ because I got behind and the fees were amazingly high. My unit was going on auction but I was able to save it. Someone got in my unit, didn't follow procedure and failed to leave the tag with the serial number to show proof that it was opened and closed then sealed. I went back to my storage after paying all bill and fees due. Only to fibd that my unit had been vandalized. They webt thru everything. All my personal stuff and intimate family belongings that are not replaceable. Im so upset. my stuff got stolen and im sure it was an inside job since they thought I was going to lose it at the auction. Well now let's see who is responsible for this. I want my stuff back!! I dont want the money!!!! I want my grandmas mantel clock that got turned into pieces. I want my crystals my aunt gave me before she passed away. This is so messed up. Public storage failed to keep my stuff safe and secured.
