        Experience on 1/11: Only "hated" the manager that got my order wrong-3 times-while I repeated myself, repeatedly. A very discourteous person, a bit obnoxious and in no way was he apologetic for his mistakes. That experience soured me. :-( My family goes to Rubio's quite a bit... Our son loves Rubio's. And we like the mostly healthy food. There used to be a great afternoon/evening manager. She was bubbly, interactive with guests, hospitable & gracious. If she or another cashier got something wrong or there was a misunderstanding, she always fixed it. And she always, remembered us. We miss her. Sorely disappointed in new management.

        Had the steak burrito especiales. Good taste but not enough meat. It looked more like hamburger beef than steak. Nice decor. Fast and friendly service. Good flavor and salsa bar. I've had better.
