saw a review that said they agree with the 2 star review and honestly i cant even agree with a 1 star review. if i could give this place 0 stars i would in a heartbeat DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!!!

I worked at Highpointe in Denver on a part-time basis for approximately 1.5 years. I was there when it opened. It was a beautiful building, but the department heads were crazy. I worked at the front desk. Sheri Darling in the Business Office was my mgr. I witnessed her being drunk on the job. I witnessed her having a screaming fit on the phone and she was using every four letter word. She was pathetic. She showed favoritism to certain people. One guy, Peter, was a part time employee who got drunk every Saturday night.He called in constantly and Sheri did nothing about it because she liked the way he looked. They made the front desk staff call for job references on applicants and a reference told me that Peter had an attendance problem, but Sherri didn't care and hired him anyhow. Peter was obviously using drugs. Annette was the administrator and she did a good job. Linda was an activity director and did a wonderful job. They made us sign out for dinner but we still had to carry the phone with us and answer any calls and sit in bistro and watch the front desk. Not right. Ray was a great employee in dining room and later in activity department. I quit and was so glad to be out of this place. I hope that Sheri has gotten the emotional help she needed. .It is unbelievable even 10 years later.

I can agree with most in giving Spectrum a very low rating. I have lived in the Lakeway TX facility for 2 years and am witness to it's many inexcusable faults. Like several others here, my monthly bill is wrong month after month, and I can never seem to get it fixed. Therefore I stopped auto payments, and will pay the correct amount by check every month until I relocate soon. Lee

Unbelievably annoying telemarketer. They call repeatedly the same day. Sometimes call multiple times an hour. Won't go away no matter how many times ask to be put on their do not call list since they ignore national registry. Regulators should sanction them. I don't think anything short of a big fine will get them to change.

Worked here for about a month or 2 it is in shambles, directors is a joke and just title Noone wears thier ppe and if they dobits been reused for over a week most likely , had issues with uppermanagement and team leads did t do any work like no one there does thier job like at all, I just feel bad for the residents. Also was part of kitchen none of the counters were clean I had to deep clean and lift things up to clean it seems like a 13 year old is running this pace
