Experience Factor

Bait and switch. They had a job advertised on Indeed which I applied for, I received a message from Stephanie at Experience Factor almost immediately. We had a conversation on the phone about my background and about the position then she emailed me a more informative job description and I told her that I would like to move forward. All sounded great until I received a call from Stephanie telling me the employer had reduced the starting salary, with all of my experience and 25 plus years of working I found it a bit ridiculous to go backwards in pay so I told her I'd rather not move forward on that position but to keep me in mind for others that may come across her desk. The very next day I see an ad on Indeed for the same job but directly from the company and not through Experience Factor. I have been working for many, many years and I've talked to a lot of placement agencies such as Robert Half, Creative Financial and others. Every single agency is a bait and switch. They place the ads, they get you on the phone and talk it up really good but then they send you out on interviews or present you to employers for far less money than what you had originally applied for. This place is a scam!

I enjoyed working with the staff. The staff always kept you abreast of schedule changes and time sheet admissions

Experience Factor has been easy to work with, professional and placed me in a job that was a great fit! Rachel took the time to get to know me, my background, my skills and my career goals. I plan to continue to seek placement with contracts from this firm in the future.
