I'll admit, I had a tough first experience with Mason Frank years ago. But, I decided to take a chance again when Sydney Maher reached out to me to gauge my interest in looking for new work. I had the incredible pleasure of working with her on my journey. I provided my needs and she was constantly searching for positions that suited my talents and future goals. And I landed in a place I never believed I would. It was through Sydney's personable demeanor, resourcefulness, and solid representation of her craft that she was able to go above and beyond my expectations. I have been working with Will Varble at Mason Frank for over a year now. Will has not only found me an incredible team but has been such a valuable thought partner on the hiring and team structure front. Within 4 months we hired 4 developers, 4 product managers, 1 Product Operations Manager and an admin. Will not only found me candidates that fit the "qualifications" of the role, but he helped me form a culture of amazing, kind, thoughtful, excited and creative humans who have taken my job and work-life from great to fantastic. I wanted to write a review and call out my great experiences with Will at Mason Frank. He guided me through a major step in my career as I moved into a job at Verto Education. It was a perfect match and he made the process easy and painless. He negotiated a competitive salary on my behalf, taking one of the most stressful parts of interviewing off my plate. His professionalism and knowledge were greatly appreciated. Additionally, once I settled in a Verto, I suddenly found myself on the other end of the equation working with Will to hire someone to join our team. He again did a stellar job. I work with an incredible team and that would not have been possible without Will.
