Agent Miguel Miranda had me do work on a house in October 2021. It is now February 2022 and he has not paid for my services. He will not return calls or emails. I also contacted the Manager Kevin about the situation. He said he would look into it but he also will not return calls or messages. Very unprofessional behavior for realtors to conduct business in this manner.

I did not want to sell my home. I owned my home for almost twenty years. It was a dream home. I had to sell because of my divorce. I was heartbroken. I began working with Lisa Fallon. I shared what was important to me. She listened. She was patient and kind, allowing me to prepare my house to sell. She helped with anything needed. She was kind, thoughtful, and professional. Working with Lisa, helped me let go. I knew I was in good hands. I knew the house would go to an amazing family, who would love it as much as I did. (And it did). I am forever grateful to Lisa Fallon, Coldwell Banker, and all the hard work. Exceptional experience. Time to begin my next chapter. Thank you, Lisa!!!
