I have seen a lot of Psychiatrists in my day (sad way to open), but Dr Buzan if by far the best. He not only very empathetic, effective, and easy to talk to, he excels at a myriad of tools of his trade. If you need help regulating meds, or talk therapy, or even meditation or mindfulness training he is your man. I have not met someone better in this era where psychiatrists tend to have more of a "drug" dealer" mentality and are trained in this manner, it’s relieving to find someone from the old school of thought, that believes in a multifactorial approach to mental health.
