Their maintenance team seems to be useless. They installed new door handles on the building and they have fallen off multiple times and they constantly delay getting someone out to fix it. I am concerned that I am going to be left without access to my apartment because of this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Working with LC at Lark + Co has been amazing. She helped transition our condo in Boulder away from a terrible property management company and got it rented for us as quickly as possible during a tough time of year. LC is responsive to all of our questions and reassures me with her knowledge of the area. I'll post an updated review once they've been managing for us for a while, but getting a renter went really well and I am excited for our relationship going forward.

A few months ago, we had a really bad rental experience with a previous management company and were left high and dry with no renter for our upcoming mortgage payment. Within minutes of calling Lark + CO, a woman named LC reached out to me and my husband. She listened to our troubles, helped us formulate an immediate plate to help us get a new tenant in place. We are so grateful to her! She was constantly answering our rapid phone calls of panic, and was very knowledgeable and helpful, and quick! Not to mention very kind, and very patient with us. She photographed our house, posted it, and found us a tenant within a couple weeks of talking to her. She does the transitioning and onboarding piece, and so we will now be working with a new gal Caitlyn for the management process. Looking forward to it!

This rental company has no idea what theyre doing. When we moved in, we paid almost $5k in deposits. We went out of the country for 2 weeks before we moved in, which should have given them plenty of time to make it move in ready. When we showed up with movers, the house was an absolute disaster inside. The company then spent one more week painting and fixing it but its clear they hired the shoddiest painter they could find, as I had to then take another week off work to finish painting and cleaning. Upon moving in, we have had gas issues, maintenance issues, and heating issues. The staff doesnt even realize what apartment needs what, and its taken us 4 + months to get a Fire extinguisher. Personally I work in real estate as well, and cut them some slack in the beginning. Now I am frustrated with the lack of knowledge and professionalism when it comes to getting things fixed in a timely manner. Not the worst Ive dealt with in Denver, but they definitely dont hold themselves to the standards they say they do.
