We moved from California to Colorado and the process was a nightmare.. that is until we met Julia, not only did she give us a virtual tour of the property via FaceTime but she sent photos and measurements of every single room. We submitted applications and had a lease to us in 48 hours. What would have been a stressful move for my family and I turned into one of the easiest moves Ive ever made. We have nothing but gratitude for Julia as we have experienced not so great property management companies in the past. Its refreshing to work someone who cares, goes the extra mile and wants to make the process as easy as possible.
10/10 would go through this process again

Let me just start by saying that we have had the best tenant experience renting with J Properties! Julia is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always attentive and responsive to our questions and the few service requests we have had. She is honest and very fair, we are truly grateful to have such top notch property management. We will always recommend her to anyone we know who is in need of the services she offers. Highly recommend!

Julia recently helped her client buy one of our newly constructed townhomes. She was highly engaged throughout the entire process and communicated well with the entire Century team on behalf of her buyer. Thanks to her diligence and assistance, her client closed on time and is completely thrilled with his new home. It was a pleasure working with her to give the buyer an excellent experience.
