Please read this owners response and decide if that's the kind of interaction you want when you need help: We had a horrific experience with this company. We made an emergency call and were strung along with poor communication. When we told them we had found someone else to do the work they berated us with unprofessional attacks until we had to block their number. Would NOT recommend!

We were stuck without water due to a frozen pipe and Alpha Omega picked up our call at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. They came out and stayed 9 hours until they fixed the issue. We had a plumbing overflow in our basement. Shane came out after hours and had our house fixed up and ready to go right away. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. 10/10 Service: Sewer repair

Shane from Alpha Omega showed up on time today ( Christmas Eve) and was able to repair our boiler same day!! Polite, informative and reasonable, Shane went the extra step to help repair the cold air issue affecting our boiler. I highly recommend them.
