Assigned through AHS home warranty. Rude and unprofessional. Claimed they came to my property and waited for 15 minutes but I didnt hear a door bell or a knock. I was sitting in my office with no music playing. When I called to clear up what happened I was berated and told it was my fault. They have my number and didnt contact me. This was a follow up appointment and the technician had the same condescending attitude when he was here previously as the receptionist. Additionally the tech did not reinstall the shower faucet correctly and it has been leaking worse than before he came out. The handle is visibly off center. Do not work with Crown. They are coasting off large contracts that hide their low quality

Really dreadful customer service this company was assigned to me through my home warranty to fix a drain. They told me a time that they would be there yesterday and then they were unable to make that time. So we rescheduled for today and they were late. I have to be out the door for work early. Then I just got a call in which a woman at the company chewed me out because I had said in my text that when we agree on the technician being there at a specific time, they should be there at that time. I did not call her, she just decided to call me and give me an earful because of my request that they honor what they say. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Brian from Crown Home Services of Denver came to fix our plumbing issues. We have 2-10 Home Warranty and after the first company they sent flaked out, Brian from Crown was assigned. I could not be happier with Brian and the work he did. He was kind, polite, fast, and explained everything that he was going to do and why. I will be requesting Crown and Brian for ALL my plumbing needs going forward!
