Talented team that truly care. What Ive most appreciated is the ongoing focus on a customizing and refining an exercise program that is best for my body. A program that will serve me for years to come. Many thanks to Hannah and team!

Before joining The Physio Revolution my knees had gotten so bad that my husband was pushing me in a wheelchair to do Christmas shopping and I needed a cane to get to the bathroom in my own house.I had talked with a company about doing stem cell injections and I felt things were not going to get much better. For reference, I was 51 year old and reasonably active but had uncomfortable knees since my teen years. After meeting the team and working directly with Hannah magic happened. My pain disappeared fairly quickly and my strength and stability are back. She found my imbalances and gave me the tools to rebalance. After just a few months with her I had reached my initial goals of walking /hiking 2-3 miles and set new ones to be able to squat down to my grand children and stand back up. Now, 2 years later I never think about what I knees cant do. Thank you sooo much, Cindy

I have been on a journey since I started going to The Physio Revolution. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am always searching for ways to improve my health. My knee issues started 5 years prior. I went the usual route of getting x-rays and an MRI. Images revealed two meniscus tears and a Bakers cyst. I was given traditional physical therapy exercises to do at home with little results. I then decided to get a stem cell injection from a Denver sports medicine doctor. After 5 months the pain was gone, and I was happy. Five years later my other knee developed pain to the point that I couldnt hike more than 3 miles (since I retired, hiking is my thing), otherwise I was in too much pain. So, I had a stem injection in that knee. Five months later I was still in pain despite this knee having fewer issues than the original knee. I did more traditional physical therapy at a clinic, but the pain did not resolve. By this time the sports medicine doctors office was unresponsive to my issue. I didnt know what to do at that point. Were my hiking days over? Just about that time I saw Dr. Brookes video on Facebook. I was leery. Could I really trust a FB ad? I looked up The Physio Revolution website. It looked legit and since they offered a free discovery call and examination, I figured I didnt have anything to lose. It turned out to be the most comprehensive and informative exam I ever had. Dr. Sarah explained that my issue wasnt really my knee, but my hip alignment and ankle which made sense the way she explained it. During the first 3 months my progress was slow, and I was worried. Dr. Sarah reassured me we were on the right path. Within another couple of weeks, I did see and feel a lot of improvement. I rarely have pain at this point, but in addition to my knee issues weve also been able to address tendon issues in my hand which led to a trigger finger and the Golfers elbow I developed, plus recurring pain I had in my right scapula area. These have all been resolved with Dr. Sarahs help. The videos they send to you after each appointment with your practitioner demonstrating any new exercises they have assigned to you are invaluable. Dr. Sarah also went the extra mile when I told her I signed up for a hiking trip in Crested Butte last summer. I knew I would have to train for the longer hikes and the elevation gains, but I had never trained for anything before and had no idea to how to go about it. She offered to set up a training schedule for me (did I mention shes quite an athlete?). With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to complete 4 hikes in 4 days that ranged from 6.5 miles to 10 miles. The ten-mile hike started at 10,000 ft. and rose to 12,000 ft. Id never done a hike this strenuous ever. It felt like quite an accomplishment at 64 years old. I know I could not have done it without Dr. Sarahs guidance and commitment to helping me heal. Healthwise, working with The Physio Revolution team is one of the best health decisions Ive made. The treatments are so personalized, I will never go back to a traditional PT practice that doles out generic exercises. I continue to work with Dr. Sarah to keep my body in condition so I can keep tackling hikes twice a week. Ive taken a couple of falls on the ice this winter, but each time I have been able to get right back up on my feet. Without this conditioning, I doubt that would happen. The whole team at TPR is super friendly, helpful, and makes you feel like you are a part of something more than just a PT place you show up for your PT appointment. The practice has a positive vibe, and everyone talks to you, not at you. They are happy to answer any questions and make you feel like you and your health matter. I am so glad I stumbled upon this practice. I feel sorry for people that dont know this type of health care exists.

I had been 'dealing with' pain in my back and knees for years, thinking that my genetics dealt me those cards. Prior to a long-distance, remote trek, I wanted to make sure that my knees were up to the challenge and perhaps get a few exercises. What I have found over the past 8 months of working with Dr. Sarah is that I don't have to put up with the pain and I can use targeted exercise to help me be as active as I want. I appreciate how well Sarah listens, asks questions, and carefully observes prior to creating my next exercise set(s)... and I love each new video Sarah sends me, making sure I remember the specific cues for the exercises we practiced in session. I'm happy to report that I did the entire trek, and not only were my knees up to it, I had NO pain. We've moved on to other goals, but continue to work on the core issues: hip strength and mobility. Not only is Dr. Sarah a great PT, she is a great human. I look forward to every session.

After a knee injury during volleyball, my medical doctor said to change my active lifestyle because knee surgery at my age (47) was elective. I felt like he was saying, Stop doing the things you love to stop the pain. Plus I didnt want to have surgery. Recovery time takes forever and I didnt want to have to rebuild muscle. The team at The Physio Revolution viewed my pain differently. With an inability to sit for long times due to hamstring tendinopathy and knee pain just walking the dog, Dr. Cathryn Dake and Hannah Jaeger were able to create a program that kept me playing volleyball, pickleball, participating in karate and jiujitsu, walk the dog without pain and attend theater year round. I am now a stronger and better volleyball player than I have ever been. I really appreciate the expertise around the physics of a body, figuring out the root cause of where forces are going and where they should be going instead. The team is solutions oriented as they put all the puzzle pieces together to come up with a feasible plan for ones schedule and lifestyle. The team listens to what you want to physically do because if you lose something you love like volleyball you are losing part of your identity.
