Fantastic experience. I play travel flag football as a QB and went to see RMSS after a throwing shoulder injury a few weeks before a national tournament. With their help, including exercises, dry needling, massage, and design of pre- and post-game routines, I was able to strengthen my shoulder and limit pain that allowed me to not only play, but our team won the tournament. Wouldnt have been possible without them and I couldnt recommend more. Amys the real MVP.

Ryleigh is fantastic. Im over 80 with a severed rotator cuff. She has. added strength and mobility to my arm and shoulder. Shes very dedicated to my recovery.

Ive had great experiences with Rocky Mountain Spine And Sport. This is the second location Ive used, and both have been great. All staff at this location have been welcoming and kind. My PT, Amy, is especially Knowledgeable, patient, and kind. RMSS does a great job of working with your schedule and modifying care appropriately.
