11/10 stars! First timer breaking a bone- my ankle. Saw both Tim and Hunter. I was extra nervous at first, but they answered alllllll of my questions and I felt so much better knowing what I was going through/ feeling was normal: the aches, the pains, the soreness. We started out with simple exercises to get strength and flexibility back. An app made it easy to remember what to do for the at home workouts. Dont get me wrong, PT is work! I realized quickly that if you dont put the work in at home, youre not going to feel like youre getting better. Most of the sessions were one on one. As the weeks went on, and what I was doing was becoming easier, they knew how to up the their PT game. Many a time did I leave a sweating. Hunter and Tim were excellently professional and fun to joke around with. A small part of me actually didnt mind going.

I've been doing physical therapy with Tim for the last few weeks. It's been the first PT I've ever done, and my experience has been above and beyond what I was expecting. Tim is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I pulled my hamstring and was worried that I wouldn't be able to be active for a long time as I healed, but I've been able to do sports and stay active within a few weeks of doing my exercises and following Tim's instructions. I would definitely recommend this place and Tim if you need PT!

Tim and Hunter are both fantastic! Definitely the best physical therapy experience Ive ever had! Definitely would recommend coming here

Both Tim and Hunter were excellent PTs. They knew what I needed, explained what I needed to do, encouraged me and actually made the sessions meaningful and fun. If in the future I need more PT, I will definitely return to the RMSS southeast. Great experience.

My issue is with billing. I was told by the front desk my visits would be a specific amount that seemed fair. Then I received a bill (months later) on top of the amount mentioned above. Some of the visits billed, I did nothing more than perform exercises while Tim assisted others, and they were charged at $400+. My favorite were manual spine manipulations that took less than 10 minutes and were charged at $250+. I then contacted their billing department and was told it would have been significantly cheaper to file uninsured. I then asked them if we could re-file as uninsured and they told me no. I asked how I could get it reduced and they said there was nothing they could do. Through that whole process it was clear the wanted nothing to do with my issue an wanted to et me off the phone as soon as possible. RMSS needs to figure out how to onboard better and set clear expectations for pricing. This is completely unacceptable and unfair.
