I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company was pretty subpar. I visited twice for chronic low back pain. My physical therapist, Matthew Sellen, was very nice and knowledgeable, and actually gave me some simple information in just our first visit that dramatically improved my back issues. He is truly a great PT. My issue was with the office and company itself. After my evaluation appointment, my follow up was double booked, which seemed like the norm. My time with the PT was split with another patient and I often would finish a set of exercises and have to just wait until the PT was done with the other patient before moving on. The office shouldnt be scheduling two patient for the same time slot in my opinion. The way the room is set up was also not for me. It was a small but open room and I was doing my pretty awkward looking exercises on a bench that was center stage. I didnt feel very comfortable with the set up. Ive been to physical therapy at a few places before and have never experienced these issues. My biggest issue, however, was that they told me my copay was less than it actually was (they told me $50, it was $65) and failed to tell me that my insurance wasnt covering a lot of the charges. I understand that for the first visit, but by the second visit my insurance had processed the claim and they still didnt tell me I was going to owe a lot more than just my copay. My insurance benefits surrounding PT is vague but they ensured me they would check with them to make sure I was covered. Instead, I was sent a $150 bill on top of my two $50 co pays. I called the billing office number on my bill twice with no answer, left messages both times that were never returned. I even called their main office for help and again was sent to voicemail. I eventually got it sorted out by calling my insurance directly but it was a huge headache and unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if they had done their due diligence in the first place or just called me back any of the times I left a message. I hope the great physical therapists there take their talents to a more organized, patient centered company.

I have been working with this wonderful team for about six months after first injuring my back and then my ankle. I had the pleasure of working with both Matthew and Carson and found each to be warm, knowledgeable and helpful to my specific needs. I appreciate how practical their treatment plans have been and I have been amazed with the progress Ive made! Also shout out to the front desk staff who are all very friendly and professional!

Carson is awesome! His approach to PT helped me recover from shoulder surgery, build up strength and confidence in my shoulder and left me stronger and ready to take on the world. Feeling like a million bucks! Thanks Carson!
