        They unfortunately ordered the wrong glasses for me. This will take an additional 2 weeks now, with no mention of sorry from them. While this is not a huge deal in the long run, I will say, the way the front desk spoke to an older gentleman today was NOT okay. I left visibly upset due to the service as well as what I saw. Customer service positions are there to serve the customers, including the elderly. He was not understanding what was the man was saying, as it was unclear to me as well, but regardless, customer service is to be done with kindness. Incredibly disappointing and disrespectful.
