David S. Crist, OD

I have been a client since 1977 and my only worry is when Dr. Crist retires, where will I fine someone of his caliber. Obviously very pleased with all aspects of service from his office over the years. Both he and his staff do a great job.

Dr. Crist is a jewel. Well worth the lack of 21st century updates to office. Excellent eye Care. Tremendous value!

Office set back in 1980's or older. Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Dr. Crist David seemed to be a nice person. However, after paying for product don't expect staff to want repeat business, because they do not care. Received a text the Friday before Labor Day advising my glasses were ready. No problem. Called office advised that I was on my way to pick up glasses in heavy traffic on Tuesday evening. Got there 5 minutes afterwards, front office did not bother to say we close exactly at 5 so don't bother. This office is closed on Wednesday so I have to wait till they are open next Saturday to pick up glasses as they close on Fridays at 4. So if you really need something from this office make sure that take time off work because they do not accommodate anyone outside of the stated schedule. Disappoint in the lack of customer service. Do not plan on using this office again.
