        My partner was there as a new patient to establish care. The provider maybe spent 10 minutes in the room with us, didnt even know that she had MRIs of the neck and brain done, didnt even bother to look and the imaging and just went off of the radiologist report. Needless to say we were not impressed at all, and felt like this was a follow up visit instead of a new patient with a serious genetic neurological condition. The whole visit was a joke.

        No problem with the doctor, only the support staff. Customer service is awful! You always get their voicemail and they never respond in a timely manner. Have been playing phone tag since December 26th! Its unacceptable.
