Blue Sky Neurology

They got rid of the terrible messaging service that made it nearly impossible to make an appointment. However this place still seems disorganized, my new neurologist said she left this place because of that, mentioning it was hard to get anything done. It's not all bad but I'm skeptical of Blue sky and it's doctors still.

They seldom answer the phone no matter now long you wait on hold. They don't return calls including the "press 1 to receive a callback" option.

I felt my appointment was extremely unethical and unprofessional. I find it very hard to trust a provider who thinks it is ok to name call, put down, talk poorly and openly stating negative opinions about other providers. Also, discussing other patients care to a PATIENT is never acceptable under any circumstance. And I'm pretty sure that is not HIPAA compliance. Their were more issues that also made me feel uncomfortable; being told to "ghost" my current neurologist team, re-doing my treatment team and treatment plan (not even asking me how I felt, just telling me what i was going to do), i was not feeling heard or supported by the provider. I felt that the provider was NOT doing what was best for me, but instead has personal issues with my current neurologists. This is not my vision of Health Care, therefore I need to be with neurologist who have the same values and ethics as I do and Blue Sky is not that place for me.
