To preface: I am not making this review to have the staff reprimanded. I think this location has a DIRE need for new management, and that the staff is being put in a compromising position by the owners of this franchise.
That said - here is my honest review of this chipotle location after having had the same experience 3 times in a row over the course of 6 months.
When you walk in, the environment is TENSE. The staff of about six employees between the ages of 16-20, are working silently and FAST to catch up with the ever-bombarding amount of online orders and foot traffic coming in.
The staffs hastiness (which is totally warranted given the sheer amount of food they need to make) inevitably results in errors and unsanitary work practices.
Two out of three times Ive ordered here, they have forgotten to put any protein on my bowl, and there is no opportunity to talk to an employee about fixing it unless you want to stand blankly in line for another 30 minutes until someone gets a chance to say Can I help you?
I have consistently noticed employees wiping their sweat/noses with their gloves/sleeves, etc. Its altogether an unpleasant experience and makes me hesitant to eat chipotle at all let alone from this location.
Owners: do your job. The teenagers you hire are NOT responsible for managing and maintaining your restaurant. Find and hire experienced management with leadership skills, competency in sanitary kitchen practices and a general willingness to do better. If you cant find someone, then get it done yourself. Its awful seeing teenagers being taken advantage of like this.
I will not be eating here ever again. It makes me nauseous to think about.

Im not sure if staffing is just hard these days or if its poor efficiency of workflow, but Ive been turned away twice now at the door when trying to order because the online orders were behind. Maybe margins are terrible but if the online business is that wild, it would make sense to hire more people. Easier said than done but major bummer when theres food and I have money to pay for it.
