Lines were to long, no forks given or in utensils holder's. Bowls don't come with tortillas; you pay .30 cents each. Which is not a big deal. But - Just post prices. Staff doesn't speak a word to you. Girl ringing up order I told her thanks: no response. Maybe it's overworked under paid? Idk.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to find out they had no guacamole. The rice was uncooked and hard I got pollo asado and it smelt and tasted off. Usually love chipotle but this is experience was horrible. I should of just went to Qudoba or somewhere else for better food. So unhappy with the food I received

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The food is good but the service is always terrible. Every time. I order through the mobile app to be able to just go in and pick it up off the shelf. This location doesnt use the pickup shelf because kids were stealing food. This is understandable. But, we have to go to the front of the line and ask for our food now and the employees dont ever acknowledge the pick up people. They only attend to the people in the line. Every single time I order online and go in to pick it up, the entire line (sometimes to the door) gets served and given their food before anybody at the pick up counter does. What is the point of ordering ahead when we have to go and wait in the restaurant? They also never have my food ready by the promised pick up time. Ive waited as long as 20 minutes to get my food before.

Update.. lol the burrito was cold and they put the wrong stuff in it.

This location can't get out of its own way. Lines take forever, the tortillas are messed up 9/10 times, they're very stingy on meat portions, the steak is tough everytime I get it and sometimes the beans and rice don't taste fresh

Place was trashed. Stuff all over the floor. Trash was overflowing onto the ground. The drinks like lemonade was all gone no napkins. Tables dirty in every direction. The only person working was the guy making burritos. Register gal was super slow and chatting with Co workers. The food was lined up waiting for people to pay because every order the register gal disappeared to go talk to people in the back. Must have been super important. She walked away after handing me my bag of food... but I still needed a drink cup. So the guy making burritos had to come give me a cup... after cleaning my own table I opened the bag and there was a cup...oops since when do we put cups in bags? Honestly service could use some work there. Burrito making guy you rock.
