The people working here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I only came here because my doctor is in the same building. The last time I waited over an hour. This time, I decided to do online check in. After receiving the text message that the technician was ready for me, I waited another 35 minutes before I was actually seen. I refuse to go here again.

Incompetent people work here and it's extremely frustrating. But hey, this is America and that's our health care system, right !

There weren't any appointments available online so I walked in, they were super pleasant, said they could take me, and I was in and out of there in 20 mins., including the check in time (they have a kiosk that was very user friendly). My tech was great, super nice woman, didn't hurt me at all, fast and efficient.

its crazy how different of an experience you can get just from which front desk lady you land at. First one sat back in her chair deeper and had no intention of helping me, telling me theres nothing she can do. Second lady takes charge, knowing that she can easily help me get to a solution it may just take a phone call or a little digging for information on her end. Kindness and effort to do ur job goes a long way..
