I am not pleased writing this review. Gurus is highly recommended and used by many alternate health doctors. My bills were about $3000. Less than the minimum $5000 amount they handle as a case. However, I was told they would handle it for 10% fees. I even stated I would pay 10% of $5000 as a means to qualify under their minimum $5000 policy. Unfortunately my bills never got sent to my health share provider. I called them several times over many months and was told the bills were sent. Then I was told I owed them 20% rather than the verbally agreed upon 10%. In any event, my bills never were sent and I fell through the cracks and finally gave up. I'm sure Gurus is a good company but my "small fry" experience left much to be desired.

Overall excellent experience. My wife had cancer last year, and we paid much of our life savings to help her get well. Medical Bill Gurus -- and Alex in particular -- was able achieve a sizeable reimbursement by working skillfully with our insurance company. We are very grateful for his work on our case and highly recommend this service!
