        This is the worst company ever. Sounds like a Scam that AETNA had gotten us into. Worst customer service and they take a percentage $ amount off every claim for the service and hard work of chiropractors and acupuncturists for just being the middleman service, passing through claims to AETNA. They rarely answer phone calls, are unprofessional and very rude to providers.

        Wish our office had read the reviews and researched more before contracting with Columbine. What a scam that it actually costs our office money to bill to help our patients meet their deductible and their service is *SO* terrible they act like you’re the biggest inconvenience and dumb to ask them questions. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone even my worst enemy.

        Bad service with no beneift to Chiropractors. They fight for their own dollar and do nothing to help chiropractors. Locked into a 3 year contract with no way out.
