Your Best Massage

I have been going to Chris for a little over a year and the massages that I've received from him have had a profound impact on my life. I have multiple conditions in my spine that have led to chronic pain and have in the past been extremely debilitating. After working with Chris my back pain has continually lessened after each visit, I now often go days without pain and discomfort, the curve in my spine is noticeably less pronounced, and I feel stronger in my workouts. Chris takes the time to understand your body and takes a holistic approach with his massages. I recommend him 100 times over. Thanks so much Chris!!!!!

Chris is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to. He's extremely knowledgeable, intuitive and I trust him completely help me find relief from stress, muscle tightness and things I didn't even know I had going on. I have a back injury in L5/S1 and Chris has been a crucial part of getting my life back to normal. It was always extremely comfortable with him whether I wanted to talk or have my space. I just moved to Arizona and am so sad I can't bring Chris with me! The only thing you'll be disappointed with is that you have to wait until your next appointment to see him again.
