Gentle Myofascial Release

I've seen improvement after just two sessions on both my legs and neck which have chronic pain and tightness. I have tried many things to improve my day-to-day pain and thus far this has been a huge success.

Hugh is awesome, he's very professional. His space is very relaxing and he does a great job, he takes his time and makes sure I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend. Best Massage I've ever had and I've been to a lot of massages and worked all different kinds of people. He great at finding the problem areas and making them disappear in such a relaxing way its absolutely amazing. I cant say enough good things about him and his work.

I strongly recommend Gentle Myofascial Release. Given the nature of my work, my back was in pretty bad shape. I reached out to Hugh and after the first visit i almost instantly noticed a difference. With Hughs continued support my overall pain level has decreased dramatically. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of pain and tightness that was removed. I will continue to visit Hugh as part of my bi-weekly regiment towards regained motion and pain management.
