Awful and overpriced service. I locked myself out out my apartment and called Keyme. Locksmith spent about 5 seconds trying to pick it and then briefly tried to use an inflatable wedge which also failed, and after that he told me he needed to drill the handle. 20 minutes later after giving me a scuffed up door/trim he was finished. I was then made aware that my $45 bill turned into a $454 bill. I would have never agreed to such an unreasonable price beforehand and will never be using this locksmith business again. Update, This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have extensively talked to Natalie the highest level manager available who defended the outrageous total cost of the service, although they charged me more than double the average cost of the provided service and never told me the total cost until the end. This company defends contractors who hide costs from customers until the service is completed and should be avoided at all costs.
