They came to my house (which I didn't want) to give me an estimate on an installation (I just asked for the price of a lock) and then charged me a $50 fee when I didn't except their outrageously overpriced offer (they never told me there was a fee for coming to my house - which I did not want). I reached out to ask to speak with a manager. Over the course of two weeks I was told every time I called that a manager would reach out to me to correct the situation. I finally gave up after calling almost every day for two weeks trying to get a hold of somebody. I wouldn't trust these people if I was locked out of my house with no other option.
