The phlebotomist who took care of me was so sweet. And he took care of me last time too. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was really great.

This is more of a review for the company in general than for this specific location but yeah, similar to what you see in other reviews, Quest Diagnostics is an absolute joke of a company. Think gov agency where they literally dont care at all about providing any semblance of good customer service becausewhy would they? They suck, they know they suck, and they also know they can get away with it. Want to schedule an appointment online? You cant. Their online scheduling system doesnt work. Want to schedule over the phone? Too bad. Their phone scheduling system doesnt work either. Want to speak to a human? Not happening. Obviously. So you have to physically drive to the location, and check in as a walk-in. Then youll have to wait a minimum of an hour. And thats just to get in the door. Theres also a high probability theyll lose your results, this has happened to me and I know its happened to others as well. Sothats it! Enjoy your experience at quest!

Find another lab solution. Three attempts and still can't get in to do a doctor ordered test. After waiting for an hour I asked if they had called my name, they said they did but I wasn't made aware. The staff said "ooohhhh that was a while ago, try again." Unprofessional staff and a waste of time.
